Back In Action

This was my first week back in action after being sidelined with DVT blood clots. It was so good to see my favorite fitness instructors again, I don’t even mind the additional sweaty laundry.

I used my hrm to keep things on the easy side.

I resigned myself to easing into October, canceled my Orangetheory classes, and accepted that I won’t be running the Richmond Half on my birthday in November.

I didn’t double-check that easy cycling was OK–the doctor on call last Friday approved it as long as I wear a helmet, which I always do. I figured spinning was out, but I decided the metric half century distance of the Lifeline 100 ride would be OK.
