I can’t believe that we are already finished with phase three of Tina’s Best Body Boot Camp. That means we are six weeks through the eight week program already!
In her week six newsletter, Tina gave us an exercise to do to reflect on our journey so far. Keeping with the theme of threes, she asked us to provide three thoughts on each of three topics. Here’s what I came up with.
THREE WAYS FITNESS ADDS TO YOUR LIFE
1. Fitness makes me stronger physically.
2. Fitness makes me healthier mentally.
3. Fitness adds adventure to my life.
THREE WAYS YOUR BODY HELPS YOU OR BRINGS YOU JOY
1. My body helps me get through the physical demands of my day.
2. My body brings me joy when it gets through a tough workout.
3. My body brings me joy doing fun things with my husband! 😉
THREE WAYS YOU HAVE IMPROVED YOURSELF OVER THE PAST 5.5 WEEKS
1. I have tried new physical activities.
2. I have tried exercises I didn’t think I could do.
3. I have persevered in my personal goals to
drink more water and curb after-dinner snacking.

Go girl! That is so awesome you've stuck with BBB for 6 weeks and only have 2 to go! For me, fitness adds to my life because it's a huge stress reliever and makes me happy!!!
Yes! My morning workouts let me start the day with a clear head, even other things come crashing in soon afterwards!
