Those look great. I'm with Kierston – I use protein powder in recipes and hardly ever have a protein shake 🙂
I have cooked with protein powders, but never baked with them. I would make pancakes, but now that I can no longer eat eggs, I am sad! lol.
I love throwing protein powder in all my baked goods.
