This post reminds me of a part I just read in Racing Weight where you do an experiment (OOOH experiment, how scientific!).. But you go to a track, run a 10k at race pace, record your weight/body fat, and 10k time. Repeat every 4 weeks, while on the Racing Weight diet. Sounds, neat, doesn't it?
Are you doing that diet? You just need to eat more real food, right? 😉
