D. Day of choice? Saturday, which usually starts with a long run followed by breakfast and tons of coffee, and which usually ends with a date night.

G. Gummy bears or worms? Neither. I’m not much of a candy fan.
H. Home town? Alexandria, Virginia.
I. Favorite Indulgence? Dark chocolate.
J. January or July? July. It’s hot, but I can cool off with watermelon.
K. Kids? Two: one girl (22), one boy (19).

M. Marriage date? October 1.
N. Number of brothers/sisters? Zero.
O. Oranges or Apples? Oranges, although I usually have one of each every day.
