One of the themes of the Under Armour What’s Beautiful campaign that I am promoting with Fitfluential is “I will.” I love the reminder that I can make the choices and exert the effort that will enable me to reach my goals.
Under Armour has a bunch of motivational “posters” for their campaign. It was interesting to notice which ones spoke to me and which ones didn’t. Here are a few of the ones I really like.
I think this one is my favorite. How often is it my own hesitation that’s the only thing standing between me and my dreams?
I like this one because I do make time for exercise everyday, and while it’s not always this thrilling, it always feels good.
This one makes me realize that I do have that voice, and I do listen to it most of the time.
On the other hand, I thought this one was meh.
This one bugged me because I think you have to make today count.
Which of these messages resonates with you?
Have you checked out the Under Armour What’s Beautiful site yet?
The one about tomorrow was interesting. I had to think about it for a minute. What that poster says to me is that what you do today is important for tomorrow. As an older athlete, this is something I think about more and more. I am building my strength and endurance and keeping myself injury-free so I CAN run tomorrow, next month, next year and ten years from now.
Oh, I love that way of reading it!
we are so so so alike.
I thought the same thing about TOMORROW
what about today?
living in the moment?!
My favorite – listening to the voice that's telling you to fight through!!!
I need to do that more – sometimes my physical shuts my mental self down to soon!!
I'm not even sure what that poster meant. Why? How? I think they might have been trying a little too hard.
Definitely the one about listening to that voice telling you to fight through, just pinned it!
Those are great images and messages. I think that the first one resonates with me the most. I definitely get in my own way.
I love the one about getting out of your own way, too.
I love your blog! I hope you'll check mine out!
