Even before my son went to college, I knew he would not be as communicative as my daughter, but their responses to my “how are classes going?” text really drove home their Venus-Mars differences.

One word Wednesday. wow.
LOVE IT!!! 🙂
HA!! That SO captures it!
hahaahah. too funny! Boys and girls are definitely different!
omg. my girl & boy TO THE T. That could totally be my conversation. I just found your blog…I'm trying to get back into running after a 3 year hiatus.
Isn't it funny! I'm glad you found my blog. I hope you will follow along as you get back into running. Fall is a great time to be outside on the running path. 🙂
I rarely talked about classes with my parents – there was no need to. That has carried over to my working life as well, as I do not bring up the subject. "How's work?" "Good." "It's a job." "Could be worse." That's all they need to know.
LOL! And to think, I can't get my one son to shut up. With each long & drawn out conversation, I'm inching ever so closer to jumping off a short bridge to silence the noise.
HAHA, I laughed. Thanks for that!! He might be short, but she's over-thorough via text!
That is too funny! I guess I can look forward to lots of exchanges like the second one since I have a son and a second boy on the way 🙂
Haha, so true!
