      Hhm, Vicki. I don't know what to say about the compression sleeves (not full socks). This was only the second time I wore them. My calves did not cramp up as they have in the past, so maybe they helped? I will try to be more diligent in wearing them on my long runs and let you know what I think.

      LOL, Heather! I think I owe those to the Bob Harper DVD I did before I started my 6-week training program, and my continued dedication to push-ups. 😉

      Thanks, everyone! My fist pump celebration was unplanned and spontaneous. I didn't realize it would be captured in a race photo, but I do love it because it really captures how happy I was!
