Together At Home For The May Ultimate Coffee Date

While other social events are canceled, isn’t it great we still can get together at home for our Ultimate Coffee Date? The virtual get together Deborah and I host is fully compliant with all social distancing guidelines and stay-at-home orders. Now more than ever, it’s important to stay connected and keep in touch.

Rainbow Scavenger Hunt Run

Back in the day, there were “Wordless Wednesday” posts–just a picture or two with no explanation. That was too hard for me, but I enjoyed writing Almost Wordless Wednesday posts–a picture or two with a bit of explanation. That’s the approach I’m taking today with my rainbow scavenger hunt recap.

The struggle is real, and I know we all are struggling. I will never say that you never regret a workout, but after the Sunday long run I struggled to start, it hit me that the struggle is worth it.
