Holiday, Rest Day, Snow Day — Oh My!

After writing about learning to stand on my head, this week’s workouts hardly seem worth writing about. But, my week did include a few adventures you may be interested in, including a day trip to Philly for work, an injury-induced rest day, and a snow day.

I appreciate the directional arrows on this Amtrak sign–
I’m always afraid of getting on the wrong train.

Please make plans to join the March Ultimate Coffee Date next weekend– Deborah and I will open the (link-up) doors on Friday (March 1), and keep the coffee brewing all weekend.

Injury Plagued February Runfessions

February is a short month, which is my excuse for almost missing out on February Runfessions. Since I do have a few things to atone for, I need this opportunity to get a head start on coming clean for Lent, which begins March 6.

Ready To Hibernate

I know temperatures in the teens won’t earn me much sympathy this week, but I lost all motivation to bundle up and go outside. I was much happier curling up with Scooby in front of the fireplace ….

ready to hibernate

Speaking of Scooby, I even skimped on his walks this week. I draw the line at the upper teens. I think my husband took him out when it was a bit colder than that, but both of us opted out the morning it was 9°F.
