Mighty Fine March Runfessions

I’m recovering from back-to-back business trips, but didn’t want to miss out on March Runfessions. It is the middle of Lent, after all. It always feels good to bare my soul soles and come clean at the runfessional over at Marcia’s Healthy Slice.

The Dangers of Walking Your Dog

I had vowed off Scooby miles “for a while” but then Monday morning came, and it seemed so inefficient to take him for a walk and then go out again for a run.
