Runfessing With Gratitude

It’s the last Friday of the month–the day we gather at Marcia’s runfessional and cleanse our souls soles before we head into the next month—which in this case will be the last month of 2022! It’s also Black Friday, but before I do any shopping I’m runfessing with gratitude.

First, I want to thank Marcia for hosting the runfessions link-up. While most confessions are kept confidential, it’s fun to see what others have to runfess!

Celebrating Another Lap Around The Sun

I love the concept of a birthday marking a lap around the sun. As a science geek, it’s undeniably true. As a runner, it fits—but with a twist. How Do We Do This Race Thing?

Between health issues that sidelined me in late 2019, the pandemic that sidelined everyone in 2020, and the Achilles tendonitis that kept me sidelined for most of 2021, it’s been a hot minute since I had to prepare for a race. How do we do this race thing again?

I think Pacers forgot how to design a race t-shirt.
To add to the blandness, this white shirt is 100% cotton!
