Peloton has recognized the interest in SIT classes—especially among women of a certain age—and created a collection of classes taught by Christine D’Ercole. This week when the weather wasn’t great for running, I decided to take her SIT classes for a spin.

The first week of June marks the start of 🌈 Pride Month 🌈 and Global Running Day. 🏃🏼♀️ I celebrated Global Running Day with Peloton, participated in a PLFAG “Straight for Equality” program at work, and am looking for ways to be an active ally as the current administration attempts to silence the LGBTQ+ community and supporters.

I’ll be taking Matty’s pride class taught by his drag persona Mara 💅 next week.

I have a new client in Zurich which gave me an excuse a reason to plan a trip to Switzerland, where I also could visit a client near Lausanne. Thanks to airfare prices that plummeted if I stayed a full week, I had time for working and playing in Switzerland—and my husband got to come along.
