Today we are kicking off the Twelve Days of Fitmas! This 12-day workout program will build day by day, just like the classic Christmas song. Instead of ending up with a house full of drummers drumming, lords-a-leaping, and swans-a-swimming, you’ll arrive on Christmas Eve with the satisfaction of having stayed active during this hectic holiday season.
The First Day Of Fitmas
Let me tell you, I could tell you something about a hectic holiday season. I’m in Chicago for an all day meeting sandwich by early morning and late evening videoconferences, but even I have time for one push up. 😀
Here’s the plan for the other Twelve Days of Fitmas:
Tomorrow I have a 7:15 am flight home, but surely can squeeze in two jumping jacks and one push-up before I hop into the shower.
