I’ve shared my daily plan for getting back on track from holiday indulgences, and my resolutions for reducing stress at work, so I think it’s about time I share my new year’s running goals.
I am not setting a goal to reach a specific mileage, or run a certain number of races, or achieve a certain finish time, but I have set some running goals that I think will resonate with other runners. Please click over to my post on the Credit Union Cherry Blossom Ten Mile Run blog to see what I’m setting my sights on, and share your goals for 2014.
