Soldier of Steel Transformational Workout Plan

Did you see Man of Steel this weekend (the new Superman movie now playing in theaters)? When you watch action movies, do you wonder how the stars got so fit? I actually really like bootcamp classes but have only done a couple. They definitely keep me guessing and are fun! However, my doctor and PT probably think otherwise… 🙂
