As much as I like the variety that a good hotel gym can offer, it is nice to be home.
I slid back in to my usual routine today: dog walk, elliptical (20 min forward/reverse intervals), free weights (30 min super sets routine).
The most remarkable thing was the dog walk. Sally (my 12 year old beagle) is declining again (lymphoma) so I cut our route in half. She kept up a good pace, but I didn’t want to wear her out.
I’m still feeling Monday’s weight workout, but i made it through today’s without skimping. Well, maybe that last set of bicep curls was a few reps short.
