The Fast I Choose On Ash Wednesday

I always struggle to identify something to give up for Lent that will draw me closer to God, so this year the fast I choose on Ash Wednesday is something different.

Bouncing Back

After a few more late nights–but thankfully no more all-nighters–we wrapped up the work project that’s been consuming my life for the past few months. Since Wednesday, I’ve been bouncing back from the pressure of high-stakes deadlines and shortage of restful sleep.
