Breaking News

Earlier this week I kicked off my fall conference season with a legal conference in Boston. I had signed up for a “5K Fun Run” Monday morning, but didn’t realize that it was going to be a running tour of the city, put on by Run Boston. Now that I am hooked, I would like to share my top five reasons to love spinning class.

It has been 25 years (gulp!) since I graduated from U.Va., but sometimes it does feel like just yesterday. Last week when a business trip took me back to Hooville, I started my day by running down memory lane.

The first apartment I lived in wasn’t new even back then, so I wondered if it would still be there, but I even remembered the exact address.

Charlottesville Virginia

Ah, the memories of boiling water for Ramen noodles on the old gas stove
and hiding my roommate’s cats from the landlord! Continue reading
