It seems every December has me dashing around trying to get work projects done, presents purchased and wrapped, and cookies baked and delivered. This year is no exception. I’ve got a long to-do list that has me dashing to Christmas—when I plan to unplug, bask in the glow of our tree, and nosh on peppermint bark.
In the meantime, I’m trying to hang on to the holiday spirit
despite the holiday stress.
Dashing To Christmas
I am going to keep dashing through this run down, and focus on the highlights.
The tree was decorated.
Cookies were baked.
A selection from last weekends bake-a-thon.
Workouts were done and Scooby enjoyed holiday lights on a run
We even spotted one of Santa’s reindeer.
Santa’s elves from Costco delivered my Bike+ a few days early!
I’ll be burning off some holiday stress here.
A huge thank you to Deborah and Kim for hosting the Weekly Run Down link up week in and week out throughout the year, and to each of you for stopping by.
What’s on your last-minute holiday to-do list?
Cari treated me to your cookies. YUM!!
Running is on my list since I didn’t have anytime to do it this past week and now it’s too cold! Oh well.
Merry Christmas. Hope works calms down for the holidays.
How exciting that your Peloton bike was delivered. I know you’ll enjoy it!
Hope you can get work finished and behind you so you can relax and enjoy the holidays. Merry Christmas!
Yay for an early bike delivery! And for cookies! And for Scooby runs!
You’ve got this, Coco! I hope you will find some time to relax once the stress is over.
Enjoy your new bike! I know you will. Merry Christmas to you and your family. I hope you have some great family time together
Oh, everything looks so beautiful!
I hope you are able to cut through the rest of your to do list and unplug for a few. You deserve it.
Your tree is gorgeous and those cookies look yummy! And that deer right on the sidewalk!
