Why I Broke Up With Cyclebar (It’s Not What You Think)

Over the past few months I’ve been getting the itch to return to Cyclebar. I’m enjoying Peloton rides on my Schwinn IC4, but I know I work harder in studio and I’ve missed my favorite instructors.

Will Climb Hills For Food

This week I nailed down the logistics and registered for our fifth Pennsylvania Dutch Farm to Fork Fondo. We’ve got four weeks to get in shape for those Lancaster hills. With two Conte’s hill rides in the books and room on the calendar for 2-3 more, I think we’ll be ready.

Running Out Of Patience

It will come as no surprise that I am running out of patience with my Achilles. The problem is, my Achilles is on its own timeline and isn’t going to get better faster just because I want it to. Thank goodness I have cycling as an option.
