By the time this goes live we’ll have more insight into just what the storm has in store for us. 12 hours out they are calling for 5”-9” snow followed by 1/4”-1/2” ice with temperatures staying in the 20s all week. 🥶
The Capital Weather Gang forecast
As usual, I live near the edge of a milder forecast (along the blue/light blue border) but we’ve stocked up and are ready to be stuck at home for a while—the Federal government already decided to close offices in the D.C. area on Monday
We’re barely mid-way through January and social media already has given up on 2026 to look back on 2016 instead. 😉 I’m not active on Insta and don’t even have a TikTok account, but I’ll play along here.
