Some of my favorite running routes are along the local bike paths, and I always ride my bike on a bike path because I am not comfortable enough with my skills to ride in traffic–especially while I’m learning to use clip in shoes. Now that I have used the bike paths as both a runner and a cyclist, I have some tips on how to share the road.

Kona Kase Review

Healthy Snacks Delivered To Your Door!

When my kids were little, we subscribed to a Dr. Seuss-themed book-of-the-month club (which explains why we have lesser known Dr. Seuss books like The Foot Book) and a Parents Magazine toy-of-the-month club (which sent us some favorites), but I’ve never subscribed to a food-of-the-month club–although I’ve drooled over the offerings from Harry & David!

I know sleep is really important to overall health. I know I’m not my best at work or on the running trail if I don’t get enough sleep. I’ve learned that being sleep-deprived even can make me feel sad. Still, when it comes to fitting it all in and getting it all done, I don’t make sleep a priority.
