Planning Out My Goals for 2024

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve joined the Fit Five Friday link-up when we aren’t already gathering for coffee, but today’s theme hit me like a kick in the a$$ to start making good on my words for 2024.

Thinking about what I want to accomplish in 2024 involves making a plan and having purpose—and of course gives me goals to pursue.

Five Things I Want To Accomplish In 2024

  1. Heal my hamstring.
  2. Stay injury-free after I heal my hamstring.
  3. Hit 20K Peloton minutes while healing my hamstring and staying injury-free.(Do you sense a theme here?😉)
  4. Apply my plan-pursue-purpose words to work goals.
  5. Take a vacation with my husband.

Now that I’ve put them in writing, it’s time to start pursuing!

As you said on my blog… I have the same top 2. My #3 involves strength training as yours does.

My hubby does not enjoy travel but I do. LOL As I found out last year, it’s more fun if you are not injured.

Plan-pursue-purpose… that’s applies to everything in life, right?

    Good luck with your goals.

It’s amazing what can happen in a few months. This time last year, I couldn’t run (Achilles), and now I’m already planning my second marathon.
It will be the same with your hamstring, I’m sure.
    Good luck, Coco!! 🤗

  6. I am happy to follow along! Injuries suck. Yay for traveling this year. Any place in mind?
