Did you miss me last week? I don’t like to skip my weekly posts, but last weekend I didn’t have time to put together a recap or check in with the rest of you. At least I don’t have too many more dazed December days to get through before I take time off for Christmas.
I did manage to bake a few cookies last weekend …
Today we are kicking off the Twelve Days of Fitmas! This 12-day workout program will build day by day, just like the classic Christmas song. Instead of ending up with a house full of drummers drumming, lords-a-leaping, and swans-a-swimming, you’ll arrive on Christmas Eve with the satisfaction of having stayed active during this hectic holiday season.
Y’all, I don’t know what happened between my relaxing Thanksgiving weekend and this week, but work exploded. Sadly, this isn’t the first time I’ve had crushing December deadlines as clients realize there’s only a few weeks left to finish all those projects that should be done “sometime this year.” I know I’ll get through it, but bear with me.
Welcome to the December 2021 Ultimate Coffee Date. It’s too soon to be dashing through the snow around here, but I have started dashing through my holiday to-do lists, and I am trying to dash through my year-end work projects. I’m so glad to have this time to enjoy a cup of coffee with my co-host Deborah and the rest of you!
